We're very proud of our call centre team some of who, like call centre manager Tootz Bowlin and floor manager Jackie Ngauma, have been with us for many years.
All our operators have attended an intensive training program by Siemens, our phone technology suppliers. They are taken off site and trained on using the phone system to the best of their ability.
