AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND Regency Cabs Ltd

The Regency Cabs Ltd Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by Regency Cabs Ltd.

The Regency Cabs Ltd Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Regency Cabs Ltd Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

Regency Cabs Ltd reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Regency Cabs Ltd Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Regency Cabs Ltd Web Site.

REFUNDS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you feel that a refund is required or you wish to dispute a fare/bill you will need to apply in writing to Regency Cabs Ltd. When applying for a refund you must include Your Name, Taxis Drivers ID number, Pick up and Drop off locations, Dates & Times, and what/why you are applying for the refund. We will process refunds by:

crediting your credit card or
provide a gift voucher which can be redeemed on any future Alert Taxi pick ups with 12 months validity. The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the refund.
Bank Deposit

PLEASE NOTE: A full refund is not always given, as this is determined by several key points e.g. distance travelled, customer and driver comments etc. To move the process forward you may email admin@regencycabs.co.nz or phone 09 309 0109

All payments made on the Alert Taxis website are made using a secure connection to protect both the customer and Regency Cabs Ltd

WHAT IF I HAVE A COMPLAINT?

A procedure is in place for people who wish to make a complaint about a passenger service and have it investigated by the appropriate transport authorities. If the matter is serious, or concerns criminal activity, you should contact the New Zealand Police.

Otherwise, it is recommended that you first make your complaint directly to Alert Taxis Lts. Alert Taxis are required by law to keep a Complaints Register which is available for inspection by the Land Transport New Zealand (LTNZ).

If you are not satisfied with the result of the company’s internal investigation, you may make your complaint to the Compliance Section of the LTNZ in your region.

Regency Cabs Ltd reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Regency Cabs Ltd reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Regency Cabs Ltd's sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Regency Cabs Ltd does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Regency Cabs Ltd specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service.
